If you've never been to Winter Garden, you're missing out! The local shops are always antique and lovable.

The City of Winter Garden

Winter Garden was established in 1903 and was incorporated as a city in 1908. This historic area is known for its old charm and style. It currently has a population of 40,000 residents and is located about 20 minutes west of Orlando. Even though Winter Garden has an interesting history, my favorite part is the shops and restaurants!

Restaurants and Shops

If you've never been to Winter Garden, you're missing out! The local shops are always antique and lovable. I'm always there for the food! I personally love the Mexican restaurant (Whole Enchilada). There are several desserts to choose from, but you can never go wrong with the old fashioned ice cream! I usually stop at the coffee shops after a good bike ride. Whatever kind of food or beverage you like you are most likely to find in Downtown Winter Garden.

West Orange Trail

Bike riding at Winter Garden is always fun. The West Orange Trail goes right in the middle of the town. It has beautiful sights and provides plenty of different routes. This trail goes through well-treed neighborhoods such as, the Oakland Preserve where you can sometimes spot wild animals like an Ostrich or Zebra. The trail is 22 miles long but if you're like me, you can simply take the 5 miles to the downtown of Winter Garden.
